Nostradamus has predicted

The occupation of Albania by Italy

According to my own method of interpretation,
only french lines in dark blue will be analysed and interpreted

Quatrain IV-98

Les Albanois passeront dedans Rome,
Moyennant Langres demipler affublés,
Marquis et Duc ne pardonnent à homme,
Feu, sang, morbiles point d'eau faillir les blés.

The Albanians will cease to exist in Rome,
In return for which Langres will get themselves up in a [demipler!]
Marquis and duke forgbive no man
Fire, blood, polluted watering places destroys the wheat.

Analysis:

to pass. In the present case ,it is in the sense of to file pastThe french dictionary (Dictionnaire Encyclopédique de la langue française) tells us to disappear, to cease to exist
in Rome, Italy.

Interpretation

The Albanians will hand over their crown in Rome.

History

In April 1939, after the occupation of Prague by Hitler, Italy occupies Albania.

King Zo has fleed to Greece with his newly born child. The military operations went off without resistance on the
part of the Albanian people and, April 16, in the great lounge of the Quirinal, -the king's palace-(passeront dedans Rome), Albanian soldiers, tears in their eyes, hand over the crown of Albania to king Victor-Emmanuel sitting on his throne.
(P.294 - Translation by F.L. - L'Italie de Mussolini by Max Gallo)

Thus, by handing the crown over to the king of Italy, the Albanians ceased to exist (passeront) as a free people.

Note: Here , as in all the quatrains, we are only concerned with the events that occurred, not before the times of Nostradamus, as some interpreters seen to believe, but after. It is unthinkable that a seer would predict an event that has already occurred. Albany was first occupied by French, Italian and Serbs during the First World War. However, Italy proclaimed Albany an independant state under Italian protection, but it withdrew its support. Furthermore, Albania was recognized as a sovereign state and therefore did not have to submit to the king . World War II came to change all that and Albania was once again occupied by Italy in 1939, but this time, they lost their independance and had to hand over the crown to King Victor-Emmanuel III in Rome.
