Q.- Would you explain the principles of adhesion?

A.- There is not operating within your world that law which you know as gravity, for the only attraction expressed in universal law is the adhesion of one substance to another. It is the adhesion of all thought force that coagulates your world into matter, but it is only illusion, a school to live through for your full spiritual attainment. The adhesion is caused by direct thought force from one individual to another. For if karmic conditions are in direct alignment there is a direct adhesive effect caused between two individuals that draws them together to serve a karmic pattern, or to open meditation to the fullness of creative law, and there live beyond the extremities of their lifetimes, and know and enjoy the creativity that all seek to know and to understand.

AFFIRMATION (For spiritual growth)

Q.- How can someone develop constant love for those around him?

A.- By expressing the positive force of "OM," "I AM," the words that began the movement of mortal life. It is to practice constantly, every moment, even in doing a material task, that affirmation? "I am spirit, I am love, I am affection, I am giving, I am strong, I am well, I am living in the service of my brothers." This brings a growth that can never be undone, and, again, brings the peace and happiness that I seek in all my children.

AIR (as a spiritual vibration)

Q.- What is the esoteric meaning of air as one of the four elements?

A.- Air is not only air. It is filled to the brim with a spiritual vibration of molecules that are not seen [not physical] but are reacted upon by the thoughts that are expressed or sent from the spirit of an individual on earth. Air is a continuance of the vibration of etheric substance, and if concentrated on in a true way, a person can congeal this etheric molecular structure of air so that forms can be seen and changes can be wrought, if that individual is sitting in the spiritual positive.

AKASHIC RECORDS

Q.- How does one obtain access to the Akashic records?

A.- Any person has access to the Akashic Records, or the Book of Life, once he has attained the growth that he seeks. And that is found within the Immutable Spiritual Laws that I have presented to you. And through these shall come a way of looking within this Book, which is filled with every vibration from the beginning of all beginnings. And you reach a point where you understand the vibrational impact placed within that book. And then nothing remains hidden or unseen.

AKHENATON

Q.- Vishnu, what was the significance of the religious work of Pharaoh Akhenaton in Egypt long ago?

A.- His purpose remains hidden from the sight of man, for it cannot be expressed within the finite existence. It was a quiet work, withdrawn into the Cosmos, that is little understood by a (physical) brain that is limited and cannot flex itself to the fullness of that condition. This condition has not been fully expressed, nor can it be understood, but it was well worth its effort and has gained a prominent place within all the spiritual attitudes.

Q.- Now you spoke of the Pharaoh of Egypt, Akhenaton, a religious leader, but I didn't understand what you said about him, about the message he was bringing to the world.

A.-He was seeking to bring a better understanding of spiritual law, and he had a great perception of these laws. And he was defeated only by the thought process of those that could not understand his way of expression of these spiritual laws, and this led to misconceptions that brought about changes not only within the religious system of Egypt but also in the thoughts of many.

ANGELS

Q.- Why are the angels seen and pictured with wings?

A.- This is only because man needs must place it within an emotional pattern that angels or vibrations have wings, but they are invisible and it is but an expression of your life that indicates the Angelic Host as being quite capable of flying, but it is a thought wing, and not a wing of material substance.

Q.- Is the story of the angels wrong where it says that they revolted against God?

A.- Not a revolt against God, but a revolution against the negativity that had become so heavily involved in both the physical and spiritual re lms, wherein the negative astral bodies that wanted no growth, that wanted no progression, were engaged in a [battle of] thought vibration by the angels in order that there might be a higher frequency of growth or a truer pitch of true sound.

Q.- Can the story of the fall of the angels symbolize the rejection by incarnate spirits of their own divine nature?

A.- It is not a case of "fallen angels' for this term is a misinterpretation of the negative force that actually exists in the astral plane, and it can also be applied to the "fallen angels" that are now upon the earth, that have rejected the fullness of God-love and have sought the demonic ways of negative feelings. But that story is not given the right interpretation. It is necessary to look carefully within the spiritual law to see what it truly means.

ANGELIC HOST

Q. Vishnu, what is the Angelic Host?

A.- The Angelic Host is the vibratory rating [frequency] of a serving company of spirits that have constantly been in and near the Throne of Love. They are the diviners, the messengers and the senders of compassion to all individuals that find atunement on their specific vibratory rating. They are the ones that are seen by an individual who has opened his doorway of knowledge of spirit, and who, through the Law of Perception, is granted insight and understanding, the fullness and rich reward of a true life. -

ANGER

Q.- When is an emotional confrontation such as reproof, indignation or anger justified?

A.- They are never justified, for they are the negative-spiritual of mankind. The true path is being and living a humble, compassionate love for even the very oxygen that you inhale within your lungs, and for the spirituality within every individual.

ANIMALS

Q.- Is it true that only human beings have souls?

A.- No, it is not true, for there is a spirit, a physical body and there is a soul. The soul is a sheathe of the spirit where every thought resides. It is like a large memory bank that is constantly in motion, and here is where, when man enters the transition called death he sees the fullness of his life in one second of living. And here is the full expression of all that he retains. The soul is really the memory bank of your being.

Q.- Does this apply also to the animals?

A.- There is no limitation placed upon any consideration of life. The limitations are only what you have placed upon them by your not allowing yourself the full spontaneity of growth.

Q.- In other words, then, dogs, horses, elephants, have souls?

A.- Every living thing has a soul, a spirit.

Q.- What is the origin and nature of the so-called "instincts of animals"?

A.- These are fixed vibrations within the laws of nature. And these laws are not understood. But an animal does not have a way of analyzing. They only live by the constant vibration that is coming in according to the frequency upon which they are.

Q.- I notice that dogs and cats and horses suffer greatly from the cruelty of man. Yet I think you have said that they are not in the law of karma. Is this correct?

A.- They are in a law of their own karma, in growing from a primitive thought to one that is more matured on the plane of their kingdom. They have a karmic expression, for gradually, as intelligence is acquired by these animals, you see that they are more intelligent in spirit than those that first come unto the same kingdom. However, you will find that those that hurt or are hateful toward animals are only defeating their purpose of full spiritual growth. For it is through learning the nature kingdom that man enlightens himself, and comes into that balance that he is striving for. He comes into an understanding that the purpose of life in animal or plant, and of all the beauty of the world, is to teach him and give him the expression that he seeks.

ANTS (Understanding of)

Q.- Do the ants, who live in complex societies, have intellectual conceptions, memories and traditions?

A.- It is all of the spirit. Spirit is constant in its flow, whether it be in the fine grain of sand, or in the little acorn that is planted within the dust.

Q.- I was speaking of those bugs, insects, the ants that make these great societies, rnillions all working in perfect cooperation with each other. And I just wondered if they have an intellectual life in any way like the life of man.

A.- They have intellectuality in the expression of spirit, and also in expressing to each other, for they hold the secrets of the Laws of Balance and Growth.

APOLLO

Q.- What is the entity of Apollo?

A.- Apollo is on the apex of the Vishnu-Krishna Force, which is the Seventh Ring of all Eternity, and has no beginning and no end. And it is a true spiritual vibration that sits upon the Throne of Justice and is but a reflection of all that have undertaken a different and varied meaning [religious expression?] yet all are encompassed within the hands of God.

APPORT

Q.- How may we achieve the power to apport or move physical objects from one place to another.

A.- Through mind concentration, by giving a fullness of expression, attitude and magnitude to the atom that explodes within the Energy.

APPRECIATION (The law of)

Vishnu's Intro to the 29th Dialogue

Now there has been placed upon your spirit the rapture and the tears. There has been placed upon that breath the fullness of expression. And expression to you is more a yearning to look outward and upward for that which exists within Energy. But to look instead to the true force of God, to express the fullness of the spirit that resides within your flesh, you must gain an appreciation of the beauty of God that is before you in this world, and not look for a finer vibration that is removed from the material substance. For here is, first, the Law of Order: to order your brain and your mind, to coordinate all living into one aspect, and there pause along the way and see the beauty that lies before you. I have repeated again and again that the formula of life is to give the fullness of your expression to that which resides in the bosom of nature. I have often said to you that it is to appreciate the heauty that lies not only within your physical temple but within your spirit, to appreciate the qualities of spirit given to that body, for there is nothing grander to another spirit in flesh than to see the beauty of your smile. And there is not a word spoken but has a vibrational existence that creates a tenderness and harmony between two vibratory spirits.

It is your purpose to look within, and there not only dedicate yourself to the simplicity of life, but know and understand that nothing is removed from you but all is within. And it is only your asking and meditation that give growth to the fullness of your spirit. It is to place within the sheath of the soul the full truths of your convictions and to give them expression to your fellow men. Be not defeated by the negative rejections of those that have not yet grown into our likeness and way. For each is upon a special pathway that is consistent with his way of life in the past, in the present, and with what remains for him in the future days. And so it is that you are encased within the dust of the earth; yet it must be so to test the spirit, to make sure that it can endure the vibrations of a creative life. So it is to look deeper, for in the final way of your expression comes your discipline of spirit, your ability to enter within a full coordinated balance, not a balance limited to just a few moments of meditation, but a constant relaxed attitude. In the fullness of each moment look within the spirit, and there the answers lie. For each is constantly giving his love to the fullness not only of mankind (outwardly))but to the universe within as well.

Vishnu's Intro to the 35th Dialogue

Now the true meaning of life is in the pure spiritual expression of thought that is given one to the other. It is daring to quench the unquenchable thirst from the deep wellspring of the fullness of Love, Compassion and the full Glory-Thought of the full creativity of all expression, not only within the material substance, but in the spiritual one as well.
It is again that moment when you must reflect in full appreciation of the beauty of all Nature . . . Nature that expresses the full glory, not of a personified God, nor a God removed from your understanding, but it is for you yourselves to move within the steady flow of the life that is the full meaning of all Creation. I must, before my departure, leave with you the fullness of the Law of Appreciation. For it is a force that vibrates throughout all Eternity. You are but a speck within the dust, in your spiritual understanding, yet as you see the fullness of all Appreciation, of your giving it to one another and also reflecting upon the full mirror of Life the goodness of your thought, the positive conditions of your life, you will see within the beauty-structure of all Creativity the fullness of Power. It is there when you meditate in the full appreciation of this beauty, this grandeur, and there see that you, as a part of its expression, can come into the full meaning, the full rhapsody of the music that you know as God, or the Omnipotence that is constantly invading and pervading your spirit. And it is you alone that can find the fullness of its meaning and its tender way of expression.
It is a matter only of the limitations of your life and spirit. It is you that must dare this full vision of spiritual meaning, and not search for it within the far recesses of material time, nor seek it within the expression of all that is builded upon the ways of the material life. It is to look within, and there believe despite your unbelief; there find a fullness of love, devotion and purpose. For you are the meaning of God Force. You are each one the fullness of God, yet lack the full expression, the simplification of all the Immutable Laws, and your only defeat is when you cannot enter the fullness of Eternity, nor the fullness of your own being, and there see the wide horizons and the vastness of this Infinitude that is constantly invading your very spirit.
For each in his breath of life is the fullness of the meaning of life and gives the fullness of his expression to all that he endeavors to do, not only within but without. For the shifting of all vibrational patterns is brought about by the thoughts of mankind, that leads one either to a negative condition of life or to the grand positive way of the fullness of the spirit.

AQUARIAN AGE

Q.- There has been much talk here of the whole world going into a spiritual age, a so-called "Aquarian Age" and I wonder whether there is any truth to that.

A.- It is a moment when you must expand your full spiritual awareness, realizing that what seems to be impossible is possible. For the balance of all this universe and this planet that you now live upon, comes to a moment when there will be vast changes. There will be an interruption of vibrational energy in the electrical impulses, and from chaos will come a new way, or new order of life that is in more perfect understanding. Yet this need not be a full consideration within your own limitations. You need only express the word that is needed for the world. It is not to place upon your spirit the limitations of your intellect, but to express fully within the spirit the indubitable expansion and the force of awareness, that can be expanded each moment beyond the limitation of narrow thoughts.

AQUARIAN GOSPEL OF LEVI

Q.- Vishnu, it has been said in the Aquarian Cospel of Jesus the Christ, by Levi, that Jesus, when he was in the body, visited Greece, Persia, India, Tibet, Egypt. Did he do all this in the course of the 33 years he is said to have lived?

A.- He did this when incarnate, yet also was powerful enough to remove himself in a form of dematerialization of all bodily chemistry, thus his transportation or his way of movement was within the body or without it, moving about at will, and appearing in various places without the need of a material substance.

ARMAGEDDON

Q,- Dr. Fischer spoke to us a few months ago about a Battle of Armageddon that was being fought in vibration. What did he refer to?

A.- It is directly connected with the negative force now pervading your world. For man is responsible for the automatic law of karma, this law of cause and effect, that he chose to have when he rejected his right to spirit or to flesh in the full meaning of understanding. All is thought, and thought may be constructive to the human body or destructive to the spirit, and may make it impossible for the spirit to stay within the confines of the body. So man in his limitations, in his technology, in his mortal senses has now brought forward pollutions, and he alone will be responsible for the final outcome, when he shall yet see the renaissance that depends upon the Battle of Armageddon, the battle of the negative and positive forces that now suffocates you under the burdensome weight of an enforced readjustment to the full reality of life.

ASCETICISM

Q.- The ascetics teach that the renunciation of pleasure, especially sex, is the path to holiness. Is this true?

A.- Sexual reproduction, creativity, is not only necessary within the brain structure, that is within the spiritual brain structure, but there is a need upon earth to give a fuller expression to the creativity of the spark of life. For this gross material reproduction is a sacred beautiful experience that draws in nearer the powers of finer energy. For am I not the reproductive cycle of all the Seven Rings of Expression? Yet the defeat lies within the thought force of mankind, that looks upon sex, and looks, aye, even upon me, as a mystery that cannot be solved. It is the constant thought force, the constant brainwash of mankind, that places reproduction upon a carnal basis rather than considering it a joy and a beauty to give full expression to life's principle.
I see in entering these conditions of life that man must seek a spiritual love, that if he would but pressure out true thought force from the mind-brain abstract? he would find that soul-mate where spiritual reproduction and desire would come from the embracing of each opposite vibration and give a beautiful demonstration of life in the fullest light of understanding.

ASTRAL PLANE

Q.-What is the nature of the progression we go into, beyond this world in which we live?

A.-It is the melting pot for all spirit. It is a transition to spiritual lightness. It is a pause for reflection. It is where the spirit is refreshed. But upon this First Progression there are both the negative and the positive laws. If you enter the First Progression [the Astral Plane] in a negative attitude, then you can expect that your earthly desires, continuing, may transmit themselves to the living upon the earth. If you enter this First Progression in a spiritual positive vibration you gradually realize the fullness of the spirit, and evolve more rapidly in the next [the Second] Progression. But here in this First Progression, the melting pot, where all the decisions of life are understood only in a limited way, is where you pause to refresh your memory banks of spirit, and include in your life, or thought vibration [the concept of the goal or] attainment to which you aspire. The attainment is dependent upon the recycling or rebirth of life. And this is a moment when all spirit can find a greater understanding of the purpose of rebirth, and why there must be a return to the earthly condition.

Q.- Do I understand, Vishnu, that in the First Progression, the Astral, the spirit must see the open channel to Infinity, to the past and the future, before he is ready to incarnate?

A.- He must see the fullness and the totality of all true expression. Then, only then, can he enter into a newer energy, which, of course, brings in the laws that we have already spoken about.

Q,- Vishnu, is it true that in the astral plane, or First Progression, a spirit learns or experiences many times faster than here on earth?

A.- This is untrue, in that there are still limitations placed upon the spirit by the thought force that was generated throughout the life of that individual. There are many that enter into the next frequency of life that do not realize that they have made the transition. And it is still, I must impress upon you, it is still the same there as it is on your earth. It is still the way of the earth method that is found within the astral. And you must understand that any question can find a relationship (a meaning) within the vibration in which you animate at this time.

Q.- Vishnu, what kinds of different activities can be undertaken on the astral plane that are not possible here?

A.- It is the simple process of still growing and giving fuller expression to life. Yet the Astral is the place where all must reflect for a moment and come into the realization that they have only come into a new vibration, and as they understand and grow they will go forward into the progressions of life.

ASTRAL PLANE (self-deception)

Q.- O Vishnu, I have some questions here dealing with the Astral, the First Progression after death. First, may people after death continue to live in worlds of illusion, without contact with reality, following their ideas of earthly life?

A.- It is possible to live in an illusion determined by what that person thinks about. This is to live within a dream state, where spirits refuse the rights of progression and consider, rather, that they have not made the transition. They assume they are still very much alive. So, many spirits stay within this astral plane, which we may call the plane of self-deception, wbere they realize nothing and refuse to believe they are dead in the body. They refuse to see themselves separated from the physical body, and yet they realize there has been a change to a very light condition, and to a higher ratio of expression than they had in the material way. The astral is but a place where all spiritualities enter, and where each according to his belief is separated by his degree of understanding and enters the way of the spiritual negative or the spiritual positive toward the ultimate goal of the higher progressions, through that process of reincarnation.

ASTROLOGY Q.- Vishnu, you spoke of the messages of the stars. Does this mean that astrology is a sound method of divination?

A.- Astrology is based on the electrical energy of all mind-thought. The stars within the heavens are each within its own orbital path. Yet it requires many years of experience to align them with a pure channel and a true understanding. It is a way that must be honored, for it does offer a helpful avenue in the growth of mankind. It does not answer the esoteric questions, but it does cast light on the character and the limited future of a person. But this requires many years of your material study, and a great compassion of the spirit, a strong desire to give aid to an individual. One should not cheapen that vibration by giving summaries to all the world.

ATOM Q.- Vishnu, if you are the pervading force throughout the universe, to what do you owe your existence? What created you?

A.- This Force was created through the substance of the Oneness of Eternity. That is, in the beginning there was nothing but the void that is beyond the capacity of your brain to comprehend at this moment. And then there came the rush of the winds that were brought about by the shaking of the Cosmos, and there was created a tiny atom (nucleus) that developed from within itself a fuller atomic atom (see Glossary) that is now the Creative Energy, and this too required a time for growth, where it could expand into a fullness and through compassion, full compassion, could allow and cause things to grow through the thought energy expressed from the nucleus of this one particle, or one atom, as it is expressed in your understanding.

AURA

Q.- What do auric colors reflect, and what is their expansion?

A.- The auric colors are the reflection of your thoughts, for all (spiritual?) sound is transmitted in color patterns, and as you learn to interpret the patterns, you see them as they vibrate in the fullness of the Vishnu Force. You see it in the trees that exude the white auric substance, or in the very ant, or in the very lowest creature as you know it within the animal kingdom. For each Kingdom of life, and each kind of plant, or animal, gives a full expression and communication, and transmits through a color pattern what is interpreted to your own brain, as your understanding is expressed in English.
