BALANCE (Law of)

Q.- Will you speak to us of the spiritual laws of life? A.- In the seven immutable laws of the universe is to be found the full esoteric meaning of life's existence. I speak (for example) of the immutable law of Perfect Balance, and it is an immutable law that as you express and give the multitudes a vision of all things created, there is a return for every expression of your own mental processes. To simplify in your life the problems of earthly food and shelter and clothing, but also to express yourself in a true spirilual understanding that encompasses all the progressions of life, is the attainment of balance.

Vishnu's Intro to the Eighth Dialogue

I come at a moment when man seeks a better understanding of thought and how it is used within the celestial power or the power of Eternity that opens wide its door to the sincere and understanding mind. I come not only to express a truer understanding but to hasten for man the time when he realizes that all inventive thoughts come from this great source of meditation. Man in his headlong rush to be scientifically minded has brainwashed the spirit of its goodness and thus he places upon himself the burden of ignorance. He has lost the power of spiritual ingenuity. He has lost the simplified way, the simplicity, of life. He has not drunk truly of the waters of perfect understanding. For if he gains the whole world and its material substance and yet loses his spirit in the process, then he defeats the law of balance , which is an Immutable Law of Infinitude. And let us call this the Second Law of the Universe, the balance of the mind positive and the brain negative. Seek and ye shall find. Knock and that door shall be opened to the truer understanding of why balance in thought process is the important lesson before the hearts of men.

Q.- With regard to the Second Law, Vishnu, what are the aspects of a person's life that he must keep in balance?

A.- The need to express the spirit within the material life, the need to look into spiritual vibration with a true and great compassion, to meditate day and night upon the glorious privilege of realizing that all is vibration, and that through thought force you can bring discipline to the brain and mind, to where there is a constant flow of balance to all that your life touches upon.

Q.- What is the meaning of your phrase, "the balance of the mind positive and the brain negative"? A.- There is within your universe the positive vibration and the negative one. They parallel each other to the Fourth Progression of life, where a separation occurs and all becomes of a positive nature. If a person be positive he is humble, compassionate, true to himself, and does not look upon the negative thoughts that ultimately destroy the spirit as well as the body. I say ultimately destroy the spirit, for in accordance with the Revelation that has been made to the world, it is true that a moment comes when a second death shall confront every individual spirit. And 'tis true that as the Book of Life is opened there shall be brought a judgment on each individual, whether it shall continue on in a perfect existence or go into a state of permanent death.

Q.- To maintain the balance of our own life, when we find a brother in error what shall we do?

A.- When we are coerced, when we are ground down into the gross earth, when we are used as a mere instrument, when we are hurt by the unjustifiable attitudes of a selfish being, then the words ring out loud and clear across the heavens: it is your duty, if you be true upon this pathway, to turn the other cheek and to give only an expression of love to those that would hurt you and deny your birthright. For it is true, and greatly is the story told, that the meek of spirit shall inherit the earth, the earth of the body, the earth of this planet, and the earth [the substance] of all vibration. This has been expressed and practiced for many, many years. But I impress upon you again and again, this is that moment of time when the sands of the hourglass run ever low and a new renaissance of spirit shall proclaim the Seven Lights,*** the Seven Candlesticks,*** the Seven Judgments*** which must be expressed for the law of higher perfection.

Excerpt from The Intro to the 10th Dialogue

Little do men realize that all inventions and ideas are sparked from the vibrations of Order, Balance, and Harmony. Your visual screen that has come into recent sport is an instrument that shall someday project spirit laws, and you shall be able to sit before it and tune into the various dimensions, and relive the thought conditions of your life from its very beginning. It is but a toy, a pawn, in the hand of pleasure at this moment, but it is an instrument that plays a greater role in future time.

Q.- Vishnu, to discharge a karmic debt must a person make reparation to all those he has injured?

A.- Not to those he has injured, but to the vibration that he has thrown off balance in his growth.

Q.- Vishnu, is the gross material something inferior in itself, less worthy than the ethereal?

A.- They are both of a nature that should be honored. For again let us remember the Law of Balance. Even though there be a gross material, even though there be a fineness of the etheric substance, they still must maintain a constant electrical vibratory rating [frequency] or each defeats the other, and this causes an unhappiness in the material, and then a re-energizing is needed for the etheric. Each should be honored in its own system.

Excerpt from Vishnu's Intro to the 18th Dialogue.

There is a softness in the twilight zone of vibration, there is a beauty in the symphony of nature that expresses the happiness that a man knows and feels at given moments when he is in true balance and in the true process of growth. Here not only can he express the fullness of his life, but in that balance of atoms that so encompass his being comes a true theme to the Song of Life. It is heard within the perfection of the spiril. And it is heard within the great vibrations that encompass all of the Immutable Laws of the universe. It is now a time when man can understand, and through being a free will agent, can express the true reaction to all of nature that gives him the perfect growth and shows him the perfect way.

Excerpt from Vishnu's Intro to the 22nd Dialogue

Now we have given voice to the Law of Order, and with respect to this (law), we must assume that through the order of the universe, through the order of mankind, through the order of spirit, we must need have a perfect balance in the material body as well as in the spiritual one. We must also realize that (from) the sheathe of the spirit, or soul (the seat of all memories,) all truths must be proclaimed (by people) toward each other, or otherwise, there is defeat of the purpose of giving one another that balance where there can operate a law of perfect understanding. The Law of Balance is needed within the material structure, but it is still more needed within the spirit. For to learn by an intellectual process, to become most brainful in the way of material needs, is the consideration, the way of the material life.
But there is also needed the spiritual growth which balances each spirit within its own vibration, so there is given a freedom of expression, not only to one another, but to nature, and to all the energies that are constantly coming in unto the spirit to be used and understood in a way of perfect balance. It is not only to balance with one another, it is to project the thought impulses to all the laws of nature, so that balance may come from your own energy and thus reciprocate itself within your own structure so that you may give a perfect example of expressing what you need to express in the fullness that mankind cannot now express it, in their way of being fearful of that which is not outward but resides inward.
In contacting, or communicating with, the spiritual body, there comes into operation a law of balance, where the etheric substance is seen, where the great magnitude of life is seen, and beyond this a oneness of purpose, and man gazes into an ocean of vitality where there is imprinted all the knowing of life and the way of his life and what his purpose shall be in future.

BAPTISM

Q.- Is there any deeper meaning to baptism?

A.- There is only the deeper meaning that to baptize is to balance, and it should bring a realization, through a person's understanding, that to balance the spirit there must be a full expression of love given to that spirit by the parents of that child.

BEAUTITUDES (Some of them Interpreted)

Excerpt from Vishnu's Intro to the 5th Dialogue

The verses speak and I speak to the multitudes and ask them to give serious consideration to the interpreting of "blessed are the meek for they shall inherit the earth." For indeed blessed are those that look into that true spiritual awakening. For "earth" is but a word reflecting the gross material, that is the physical body in which they reside . "Blessed are they that mourn, for they shall be comforted." For, in times of strife, in times of uncertainty, in times of such wailing and gnashing of teeth, if man would but learn to pause in a true meditative spirit, a spiritual comforter or strength would invade his spirit. And from that tranquility would come the peace of understanding. For there is no death. It is only transition from one vibration to another. If that moment be right, and if you have completed your mission upon this earth, then it is best that you enter a finer condition where you will find growth and understanding-the understanding of why you were born, and why you have been reborn again and again.

BIBLE (Text Falsified)

It has been so through the histories of mankind that spiritual leaders have not only falsified the true text of the Bible, but have also imposed upon mankind their rules, rituals and conventions. For seeing into the vast future of the world they knew that man must be controlled and for that control they brought into being a word foreign to all spiritual substance, fear. Now they speak of what is this God, and I in the vibration have seen many who have questioned the thought of anyone in mankind actually seeing this infinite substance. But the previous flow of etheric energy over the bloodstream of the flesh is seen in many conditions and in many ways. God is seen within the sunsets of a material world; he is seen within the stars that shine from the galaxies; he inspires the hearts of men by the constant flow of nature upon the heartstrings of mankind. God is spirit, and it is through a spiritual positive force that he must be worshipped in truth, for without the expression of truth in all earthly conditions and humility and compassion toward the All-in-All we revert back to those dim beginning years when men found defeat, for they would not listen to the truest words ever spoken, spoken by the Master, Jesus, "If you cannot believe what I have told you concerning earthly things, then how am I to make you believe and understand those heavenly things?"

BIRDS (Songs of)

Q.- Vishnu, what do the birds say in the songs they sing to each other?

A.- They speak of the glory and the goodness. They give praise to the spiritual vibrations that forever pass through every material substance. And they sing a song of celestial glory to the spiritual ear of every man. If men would but listen to the songs of nature they would find so many of the answers that they seek within their books. The wind that blows through the giant trees expresses a song of true understanding For sound is one of the laws of nature that teach man, again, the understanding and the perfection of true balance.

CHARLES: Did St. Francis really talk with the birds?

VISHNU: Many have talked with the birds. Many have talked to the trees, and many have talked to the rolling stones that also have their true purpose in the Order of the Universe. Man obtains only defeat in his material limitations for they are not a part of his spiritual being.

BLACK MAGIC

Q.- Vishnu, what are the powers and principles of black magic?

A.- The Law is working with a white magic and a black magic. The white magic is known as the spiritual positive, which is good in its own Law and use. However, your black magic can invite into the mind of an individual the negative conditions and the negative spirits that have not yet received enlightenment, and who still reside on the astral plane.

Q,- Vishnu can Black Magic be used for good purposes?

A.- Black Magic, the negative force of voodoo, or of any similar practice, reflects a cancerous condition to life within the cell structure of the body or within the thought process of the spirit.

BLACK (Wearing of)

Excerpt from the 34th Dialogue

And it is to realize that a defeat of all the churches is the wearing of black, for this color is negative, and it is wrong to assume it, for it attracts a complete negation of purpose, and this defeats the very purpose to which you have dedicated yourselves. It is to desire the fullness and the brightness, the gaiety, the goodness of all colors. Yet you reside within (the thought ofl those that are not in the purest of intention, and thus those that see this creative way of expression deny it. For each color is a reflection of your thoughts, and it affects your environment and also affects your way in the world.

BODY (Vehicle only)

Excerpt from the 13th Dialogue

I say to you and to all the multitudes throughout your world that until the limitations of the brain are swept away by the earthquakes of cosmic energy, and man sees [his body] as not the owner and possessor of life but rather as a vehicle that he is using to further the cause of his transition into the peacefulness of life's understanding, he shall not see truth.

BOOKS (How to read them)

Excerpt from the 14th Dialogue

Books...must be read with a perceiving eye-mind [clairvoyance] to enlighten the reader so that he may relive the vibration that is placed behind the words. It is important in the advance of mankind to read the books of authors and philosophers, but the secret of this reading is to gaze beyond the words and gradually see what that spiritual operation means to that individual [the author] who is sending the reader a positive thought.

BRAHMA

Q.- Vishnu, who is the entity of Brahma?

A.- This is an entity that has its place within the frequencies of the higher progressions, yet is not upon the apex of the Seventh Ring, but rather is upon the lower half of that Ring. As the vibration increases, or decreases, this entity comes into being when that moment is best for its expression and understanding.

Q.- Vishnu, how and in what situations does the entity of Brahma express itself?

A.- Brahma is expressed in a Canopy of Protection. It is an individual spirit in a powerful station of the Inner Circles. And he is one who fulfills his work in the slow and yet positive (maintenance of) justice. And as the earth slowly changes its face, his protection, his work, shall give understanding to those who quail at the Great Beyond (Death.)

BROTHERHOOD OF MAN

Excerpt from the Intro to the 1st Dialogue

It is my purpose to serve you in these moments when all vibrational influences are in direct alignment with what we are trying to achieve: the understanding of the brotherhood of man; of the full meaning of your existence and that of all men, and the full understanding of the principles governing all interrelated lives that will bring the reactions of every individual to the highest possible point of perfection.

BUDDHA'S EIGHTFOLD PATH

Q.- I wonder if you would explain the inner meaning of Buddha's Eightfold Path.

VISHNU: The Eightfold Path meets with somewhat of a defeat because of that which has been added to complicate [its teaching] of the simplicity of life. It is not wise to give full acceptance or belief to any consideration [doctrine) that has been written. For there is much [in such writings] that fogs or clouds the simple expression of life. For life, that spark of energy, can be explained in such simple ways. Yet man has foiled the attempt of spirit to show that this simplicity is in all the force of vibration. I constantly use this word, "expression," but I speak of it as a spiritual expression, to give, to look deeper under the river of water to see the clear sandy bottom. It is to look under that sandy floor and see that the roots of love and compassion and humility are what make a person greater than he can possibly become by studying those intellectual conditions and heritages that are involved with the past of all existence.
