Q.- Vishnu, as regards the religious orders within the Catholic Church, the present structure, should they be changed?

A.- They should be changed, the same as the structured institutions of learning. For there is a defeat within all religions in that they have not reached the Apex or the full Krishna or Vishnu Force. They dare not look beyond the ritual, they dare not seek the fullness of life, they dare not look into the beauty of the full meaning of all life and thus come into a oneness with themselves. Yet again there will come a time when the churches will grow, will have a fuller expression and a truer expression and understanding of what religion is: the binding, the fastening together of all who seek a fuller understanding. But it is not to be blind, not to be deaf, but to open wide that doorway of compassion to a fullness of expression, and thus know you live within the full realm of the word you know as love.

Q.- Vishnu, are the concepts of the Catholic Church regarding life after death true, though contradictory to the idea of reincarnation?

A.- The concepts of the church are limited only to a restrictive ritual that is untrue, and they are brought into the life of mankind, not to teach a full expression of spirit, but only the fear of that which is unknown, but which is actually known within the breast of every person. It is only a rationalization upon the part of those that control this religious (organization) not to see (truth), but rather to give a numbed expression of what they think is true religion. However, this is only (the case of the) false prophet expressing the limited desires of materiality.
And it is to realize that a defeat of all the churches is the wearing of black, for this color is negative, and it is wrong to assume it, for it attracts a complete negation of purpose, and this defeats the very purpose to which you have dedicated yourselves. It is to desire the fullness and the brightness, the gaiety, the goodness of all colors. Yet you reside within (the thought ofl those that are not in the purest of intention, and thus those that see this creative way of expression deny it. For each color is a reflection of your thoughts, and it affects your environment and also affects your way in the world.

CHURCH,(Ritual)

Q.- Do any of the rituals of the Christian Churches have spiritual significance?

A.- They are only lip service and do not give the fuller meaning or magnitude of the spiritual horizon. They are make-believe to hold the multitudes (in obedience) through the constant hope that springs eternal within the breast of man.

CAYCE, Edgar,

Q.- Osiris, are Edgar Cayce's ideas about food truly based on the laws of the body? (This question was answered by Osiris, who is a part of the Krishna Force, and is known as Keeper of the Eternal Flame.)

A.- They are based on the laws of Vishnu and of the body and of the spirit, and are a direct reflection of all thought force. For the art of eating is to know and understand the thought force of that which is being eaten, and to revere it in silence, so that it becomes nutrition rather than a waste to the body.

CELLS, Consciousness of,

Q.- For many years I have believed that every cell in the human body has a limited ability to think, that the brain is merely the focal point for integration of all these thoughts. Can this be possible?

A.- Each cell within the material structure has its own consciousness. It is the switchboard of your brain that gives you command over all material substance within the human structure, for you will find that you can, through your brain concentration, reach every cell within the body and thus bring about a healing process that will give you the picture of health as you understand it in a material way.

Q.- Vishnu, would you speak on the cell consciousness and its relation to the consciousness of the spirit?

A.- The consciousness of the spirit is not the cell consciousness of the physical structure, but rather it is a vibrating string of that etheric substance that is played upon by the energy of all life that is in motion. It also vibrates through and by the thought force of your spiritual mind, and there you direct it to the cells of the body to bring the vibration of the spiritual strands within the cellular structure of the body.

CHAKRAS, psychic centers,

Q.- What are the seven spiritual centers you spoke of?

A.- The seven spiritual centers within the material structure are the forehead, the eyes, the nose, the mouth, the throat, the naval region and the reproductive organs. These are the oppositives to the five material senses you know of.

Q.- Vishnu, would you tell us the function or use of each of the psychic or spiritual centers of the body that you have mentioned?

A.- The psychic centers are encased in the physical body. We speak first of the mind, the depth and the breadth of life. It resides in the brain, (No. 1) where all vibrations enter, but many are cast out by the logical intellect. Nevertheless every thought has meaning within the full expression of mankind No thought can be called ridiculous, for each is coming into the mind of the spirit for a purpose that reflects its past lives. And those that look within, with a deep meditation, can find the pieces that fit the puzzle of their life.
The eyes (No. 2) are the window panes of the spirit, the light in the eye is a spiritual reflection from the mirror of living.
The nose (No. 3) is the function of breath. For here every action of odor or fragrance reacts upon the spirit [and this produces] a truer understanding of the chemistry of the physical expression which then reacts upon the spiritual breath. It is a gateway to the sixth center (No. 6) that is what you understand as the whole endoctrine system.
The mouth (No. 4) is where the activated vibration is made possible by the passage of air through the larynx. Here is where man can meet great defeat. He must be careful of his utterances, for he is expressing thoughts through the voice channel and as they are expressed, they are reacted upon by the first psychic center [mind]. The throat
(No. 5) ishe region where many vibrations come in from the Rings of Progression. Here is where the precious liquid of life is stored, so that man may give vent to his reactions and feelings toward all his environmental factors.
The navel region (No. 6) is the very nucleus from my vibration to all mankind. For here is the true means or way whereby every thought can find an answer, where even the anatomy can be exposed as on a giant screen, and it is to look there within this diaphragm and see the pulsations of life. And here is where all strong [negative] emotions are the prime cause of disease in your world. For if you cannot balance this region, you will constantly feel the clutch of death and of fear.
The sexual organs (No. 7) are the vital parts of creativi ty, and it is not where the expression of man can be understood as sensual pleasure, but where the life flow of all life injects within the mainstream of one life the beautiful power of creation.

CHARITY,

Q.- Vishnu, would not a society on earth based on the sharing of material things, a communist society, tend to promote the coming of the so-called "Aquarian Age"? A.- The best society that can ever be formed is one that gives full respect and devotion to the principle of love that pulsates in the mind of every individual. It is, as I have said, charity of thought: the full giving to each other on a spiritual vibration. CHAOS, as opposed to the law of Order

Vishnu:
The first law is the Law of Order within the universe. The order of the mind is the expansion of mind while retaining an even balance that is not swayed by the devils of scorn and judgment. For when there is not order within the mind there is chaos of the atomic [spiritual] law. And this is why I say that before mankind there extends a sad canopy of despair. Yet all is not lost, for out of the ashes of your present world shall arise a new purity of spirit and mankind shall exist in a perfect order and in a perfect understanding.

Q.- You mentioned the word "chaos." Would you give us an explanation of what you mean by this term?

A.- Chaos is that moment when the vibrational impulses whether electrical or spiritual are short-circuited by the thoughtless minds that dwell within the negative conditions of your life. This usurps the order of the universe and chzlnges the structure of each atom [spirit] that resides within the bosom of nature, nature meaning, as you understand it, the plant and animal kingdoms. It is when you express or move the energy just one little iota out of order by careless thought that you cause this condition you know as chaos, which allows a negative state to envelope the true spirit, and this overbalance brings the tragedies of your world.

Advice on raising children

VISHNU: It is better that you give to him not only in thought, in your meditative way, but also that you give him a fuller explanation of the meaning of his life. It is only a defeat when you speak to him only as a child rather than as a spirit adult. It is better to enter into the fullness of his spirit and there interrelate the reassurance of your life and his and show him how in your relationship each is affected by the other. Remember carefully that this is a child that is truly sensitive in the fullness of the word sensitive, and you must be very considerate and realize that you are bringing forward a deeper understanding to him at this time, when he is not yet in the fullness of his expression.

Q.- What is the single most important thing that we as educators can do to teach our children the value of following the spiritual path that lies within ourselves?

A.- To allow each child the fullness of spontaneity, to allow him to know and to understand there is more to life than the material substance, more than the senses that you know and recognize; that, not beyond nor outward, but within resides a strong spiritual substance, and that through the contact of his meditation he can come into the fullness of his life, and know why he is living it and why each experience is needed to give him adjustment to the great oneness of this All-in-AII.

Q.- Vishnu, you spoke of attaining the purity of a child's vision. How shall a man become as a little child? What daily exercise does he need?

A.- He needs to look deeply within his material mind. He needs to look within not only the materiality of that mind but its spiritual counterpart as well. To become as a little child is to open wide the door of spontaneity, where each moment is a listening device for the next vibration that is nudged within the brain itself and there acted upon without fear or pride or repressions of a material discipline. For a child exemplifies the true spontaneity of spirit which is needed when you open the way to the true self.

A.- He did not take away the material sins of the world. He took away the negative thoughts that constantly hampered his movement within the world. Christ the Anointed had a supreme fine spiritual vibration, whereby he also had a full understanding of these laws which I have presented to you. He had a fullness of love, a fullness of charity. And he healed not [the physical condition] that was before him, but he saw the thought vibration and by shutting off the negative way of that thought he brought into positive action the electrical force required to give a full healing to that person who yearned to be well.

Q.- Vishnu, did Christ the Anointed actually perform the miracles attributed to him and if so, for what purpose?

A.- The miracles attributed to Christ were in large part brought about by the belief of the individual that needed the help or the healing. It was said, though the meaning has been lost in the churches, that according to a man's faith or belief shall he be healed. It was not to give the person help from a divine individual but to look within the spirit of that person and see that through his own source of power he could generate the healing force of his being. For the scripture speaks of a man called Lazarus who was claimed to be under death, and yet Lazarus did not die but only went into a trance state, for he was expressing a desire to be like Jesus and to give a fuller expression to his life, and so is the same condition existing in this very room, in the very Brotherhood, in your very own spirit, for the teachings are coming within your spiritual growth and gradually, though you may doubt, the veil of uncertainty and of materiality shall be lifted, and each shall see the etheric laws in full operation.

I say unto you that Jesus the Master, Christ the Anointed. was not an immacul ate conception, was not a vibratory etheric substance implanted within the womb of Mary, but through the natural process of the biological way was that body of Jesus brought into being . And also at that moment there came two brothers of Jesus that are little known within the Bible. But let us speak seriously, for a moment, of the process of this birth, that was needed at that time. For if the spirit of Jesus had not come through normal channels then there could not have been a true expression of an immutable physical process. But the previous flow of etheric energy over the bloodstream of the flesh is seen in many conditions and in many ways. God is seen within the sunsets of a material world; he is seen within the stars that shine from the galaxies; he inspires the hearts of men by the constant flow of nature upon the heartstrings of mankind. God is spirit, and it is through a spiritual positive force that he must be worshipped in truth, for without the expression of truth in all earthly conditions and humility and compassion toward the All-in-All we revert back to those dim beginning years when men found defeat, for they would not listen to the truest words ever spoken, spoken by the Master, Jesus, "If you cannot believe what I have told you concerning earthly things, then how am I to make you believe and understand those heavenly things?"

Q.- Vishnu, would you give us the names under which Christ was previously incarnated?

A.- He was born into the fullness of life, through the proper channels, had the proper incarnations prior to his existence as Jesus, and ofttimes (in many lifetimes) could be found within the simple life but growing to the full appreciation and expression of giving to the world the fullness of his spiritual values. However, it required earth years of growth to come into that mindful way where he could give the full expression of spirituality .

Q.- Vishnu, did Christ rise from the dead to the point of possessing the body he had before? A.- Yes, that is a certainty. For he did rise, and he did assume the physical structure of his former body. For there are two kinds or ways of all materialization of atoms. It was through the thought desire of his spiritual fineness, or purity, that he was able to rebuild the flesh and bone of his former body, and then walk through the walls of gross materiality, and appear before Thomas, and there prove that he was the Master, not the Master Jesus but the Master Christ, the Anointed One that looked within the fineness of all Creativity and knew that there was nothing impossible once the change of atomic structure could be brought into the fullness of fine spiritual expression. I see you in your questions, and in your emotional entanglements, and I see you searching for the purity of spiritual love that only comes when you give yourself full realization that you reflect the glory of your being, the glory of all creation, and the fullness of your love. For this one movement (Christianity) was not started by one man. It was started by the Spirit of long ago, when there was understanding of what the world needed, and what mankind wanted to give and to express. The burden (of the task) could have been undertaken through any media (person) to give a fullness to that expression of all creativity.

CIRCUMCISION,

Q.- Why was circumcision practiced by the Hebrews?

A.- To give purity of purpose in the reproductive act, and also to give a fuller meaning of that purity in a spiritual way. But it is not a practice in accordance with the laws of spirit, for it is wrong to attack or mutilate those organs of the body that are made in the perfection and likeness of God and should not, and will not be tampered with unless there is lack of a positive understanding.

CITIZENSHIP DUTIES,

Q.- Some here would like to know whether the individual ought to be concerned with citizenship duties for the country, such as participating in political affairs. A.- These are the material affairs that have little connection with the spiritual balance, for it is to peer ahead intently into the spiritual understandings, for they will be needed when a new canopy of light brings understanding to the multitudes. COLOR, significance of,

Q.- Vishnu, what is the spiritual significance of the spectrum of colors?

A.- The spectrum of colors comes in many forms and in many ways. The first [way] is in the auric colors that come forth from the spirit in accordance with the thoughts that come from the mind-brain. Another is the spectrum of color in music, wherein notes are not used but the colors represent the vibrational forces throughout the universe that cause what is known as celestial music. Then there is the spectrum of color that comes from the Vishnu or the Krishna Force, where these are the bright silver colors, the bright hues and shades of what is known as Perfection in your language. This is the silver color that represents, not only the Christ Anointed, but also represents the Vishnu Force. And from this great Flame comes a brilliant yellow upon the silver that denotes the electrical charge, or force, that gives a fuller expression and understanding to that channel from that Throne to that spirit which is in the image and likeness of God.

COMPASSION (definition of)

I vibrate to you the most profound law of life. I give to humanity the great law of all laws, that, if it is not lived by and through and understood, defeats the whole purpose of man's existence. That law, that seventh law that controls all Infinity, that disciplines the structure of all cells, of all vibration, is the full understanding of Compassion. For God, Vishnu, Osiris, Apollo and every disciple from the beginning of the life cycle of living have been Compassion. For a vibration [a life, a spirit] is understood by and through the law of Appreciation, that is but a subtitle to this word Compassion. Man must now realize the true structure of the universe, the true energy that animates his physical structure and gives him the precious flow of life and the understanding of his full expression upon this earth. Life is simplicity, compounded by this great word Compassion. And wise is the man that not only sits in meditation, but gives full realization, a true definition to his life, where Compassion holds the true theme of all his previous lives, his future, aye, even his present. Man is all composed of cellular structure, each cell vibrating in the oneness of all creation. It is the gift of man to be made in the image and likeness of all creativity. And he needs only to express a thought in true desire to see a fulfillment of that thought, and find the way in which he should seek the higher vibrations.

... I am constant in the sunsets that all men behold within the beauty of the spiritual eye. I vibrate in all material substance. And again: within that great profound law of Compassion are the understanding and the appreciation of the beauty of life, for these two are the Doorways to a fullness of Compassion. And to those who seek, to those who want to understand and see my presence, they have only to use these two laws that enter them into the Gates of Compassion.

Q,.- What can wedo to become more compassionate?

A.- To expand your affection and the giving of your thought and to express it more fully in your music, for this is going to be a busy time. And you will notice -and this man Charles will bear witness-that there is upon your countenance a different light than was there before this time.

At this moment you do not realize the fullness of that which speaks to you, through you, with you in the voice of this chemical body, but you will find as you gaze into the Immutable Laws, as you give freedom to your spirit, and as you change to the new ways (and enter) the fullness of life, that then you will come into the rhapsody of true love, true compassion. And this compassion is but the appreciation of the full vibratory ratings (of all the frequencies) from here to Eternity.

I am seen, yet I am unseen. I am real, yet I am unreal. I am the limitation of man's knowledge of the fullness of my love, not of my personification. I AM the I AM, for when you breathe, I breathe, when you speak to the tree or the plant, or caress the animal, I AM the I AM, the fullness of all compassion. I am not removed from your scope of being. I am limited only by your limitation. For it is in entering into the fullness of all life, of all meaning that you realize the full Law of Compassion. It is in and around, and surrounds the very structure of all worlds. It is not to sit within the limitation of your spirit, for I am in you, and you are in me. When you pause upon your road of life, when you seek my knowledge, my understanding: it is not mine, but belongs to all the Infinitude of full expressions, of full spiritual love and to the fullness of all your lifetimes and of your efforts in the future. Look not to me with prayers and wishes that are vain, but rather look to the full way of compassion, for I am that positive I AM of all your feelings, and if all your limitations are mine I cannot express the fullness of your life until you see me in every little object, in every great thought, in all the fullness of your love. For it is your purpose in life that you shall come into a knowledge of me, into the full understanding of all the laws that govern your creation. It is not my creation: it is the fullness of all Energy, that through the process of vibration expresses the fullness of all true desire.

COMPASSION ( an explanation))

Q.- Vishnu, thank you for this statement of the sixth law, and for your message for Michael. I have a question regarding the Law of Compassion. In our interpretation of this term, compassion, is not its first meaning mercy for those who come within our power?

A.- The first principle of Compassion is charity, the charity of giving full expressive thought to that individual who seeks his way upon your path. It is giving beyond the shadow of hurt, despite pain and suffering. Charity must be given to the fullness of its meaning, for within charity comes the light of understanding, and that giving encompasses the individual and gives unto him that understanding that you have. But few men can in this world of negativity, so few, can go beyond the limitations of where they criticize, and constantly in their prejudiced way defeat the very purpose of the Immutable Laws which they are learning.
There comes then the fullness of love with charity, the love of understanding that before you is an individual who is new [to you] who is an adventure upon your pathway, and he looks to you and challenges your spirit to give him the teaching that your spirit can give. And as yet you little understand the full expression that comes from within your own spirit. And it also comes as a restlessness, as an uncertainty. Sometimes a doubt may come upon the snare drum of your regressions as to your incarnation purpose. This is but natural. And yet there is a constant growth toward looking into that perfect understanding, and also toward not giving a faith but a total belief, not to me nor to any Progression, but to yourself as a spirit, and to you who, once the laws are understood, will possess that fullness and that understanding of compassion, which is only giving in a full charitable way.

CONSCIOUSNESS (in plants)

Q.- Vishnu, what is the inner meaning and essence of the plant progression? What are plants and trees conscious of? What do they think about?

A.- Plants, trees, the very Kingdom of Nature, have all the understanding, all the attributes that you as a human being express. And they are as much alive, and vibrate, but only within a lower vibration of expression. For man has the ultimate free will, or total expression to relate in a material way. And as meditation becomes ever purer in thought, then all things are possible, and you may enter the bosom of nature and there place all kingdoms upon an equal footing.

COUNCIL OF THE DISCIPLES & COUNCIL OF THE MASTERS

Q.- Vishnu, what is the difference between the Council of the Disciples and the Council of the Masters? A.- The Council of the Disciples is on the Fifth Progression. It is constant (always in action?). It is (a body) that stems from the Christ Consciousness, and is composed of true disciples that have learned many of the Immutable Laws of spirit. However, entering into the finer vibration of the Masters are those that circulate upon the Seventh Progression along with all of those [entities] that give a true esoteric meaning to the word of God or Omnipotence.
