Q.- Vishnu, is the I Ching a reliable method of divination?

A.- It should be respected, for it is gentle in its way of nudging the energy of all creation. Yet it is circumventing the true pathway, and involves a greater length of time before one can reach the ultimate goal. It is to seek the higllest in a positive way in the true meaning of meditation, humility and compassion, that unlocks the full awareness of understanding.

Q.- Vishnu, where do ideas originate and how do they enter the mind?

A.- Each person is constantly being bombarded by vibrational forces from past lives, and from the vibratory immutable laws of all life, and these ideas and expressions come on into that person who is capable of giving them full meaning. To have an idea is to be inspired, and to be inspired is to give to the world that idea or inspiration, so that through it may come a better way of living within the material as well as the spiritual. But it is necessary to keep each idea in a full balance so as not to be defeated by exaggerating it one way or another, which leads to doubt and misgiving within that fullness of life.

Excerpt from Supplementary Dialogue 1 (Osiris)

This is Osiris, the Keeper of all Material Adhesion, one who focuses the constant force of life into the limitations and reactions of your finite form. I come to say that the only illness or dis-ease of living is the disease caused by constant negative thought force, for as you express your material self you construct or destroy the element of your spiritual being. You need but look within yourself to see and know your limitations of understanding, your limitations in your reflection to the world, and there you find that the full adhesion of a balanced force can give you good health of body, mind and spirit. It is the weaknesses of materiality that finally in your last stages cause your transition to another vibration.

INDIVIDUALITY, Origin of,

Q.- Vishnu, is man, the spirit of man, a duality, both individual and universal?

A.- It is a complete oneness. And it is separated only because of the limitations of what man deems necessary in his material mindedness. It is a oneness that expands throughout all Infinity, Eternity, or all words that imply the Nucleus of God, Krishna, Vishnu or any name that implies the finer Ring of all Expression. It is a oneness, and you must enter within this oneness to find the answers. And the only defeat is trying to give true expression to that which cannot be understood within this first or gross material plane.

Q.- Vishnu, is it correct to say that each individual starts as a mere thought on the Seventh Ring of Expression, and then must be developed through experience on the physical plane of existence?

A.- Each form of life was developed upon the Seventh Ring of the Progressions, within the Force of Vishnu-Krishna or of these other entities that you understand and know. But all, and I mean all, were a oneness in the long, long ago. I say long ago, for the world is older than mankind has dared to imagine. All were in the Oneness of pure Energy, and yet as time went by, as man saw an expression of life that he wanted to call an individuality, he was freely given the right to that expression. And it was good, it was understood, and yet man defeated it when he found a world that was of beauty, not beauty of a material substance, but the beauty of vibration that flowed over the earth's surface, and yet lost that beauty and looked upon it as a sordid condition, and became grasping for more beyond the call of what was needed from the spiritual house. Thus man set up his individuality. And he rejected his given right to enter into any Ring at any moment, and until that moment comes when man can again unite in a oneness he will find himself suffering in his own defeat. It is found that we are blamed for the mistakes constantly made within your world. But this is wrong. For the world (accepts) a negative condition that is not consistent with that pathway to that true peace, that freedom, nor with the precepts of your own code (religion) that were laid down by men who were not only spiritual, but understood the perfection of all law.

Excerpt from Vishnu's Intro to the Dialogue:

How man seeks the philosophical (intellectual) answers to all of life is in itself a defeat, for his inquiry is placed upon a pedestal of limitations. In life itself there is that simple word vibration; man is being constantly acted upon by the vibrational forces of energy that animate a physical structure, and bring about a peace depending upon what he is thinking.
Life! Another word for "life" is thought, for thought is the highest, the supreme way of all that vibrates within the universe. For it is your thought that vibrates upon the stone of the field, or the tree of the forest, and brings you a true environmental reaction for the very sustenance of your spirit. Yet man stands at the Gateway of Fear. He cannot see nor encompass the whole of Eternity, for he stands within his own limitations, and blamed upon this seventh Progression (Heaven; the God-Force) are the negative ways of men who, even though they seek a better way, cannot see a perfect solution until they look within their own true spirits and there see and hear all the answers.

Q.- Vishnu, why have I failed to realize my true inner nature as compared with those around me who have?

A.-You have not failed to realize it, you have just not entered into that vibration where you will be able to give it more of a meaning and more of a fullness than you have at the present time. You have not grasped the full hilt of your creative energy, but rather have been upon an [intellectual] learning process.** And within the environmental factors of your life, there have been those limitations that have not allowed you the full perception that you seek. But it is to give fully of yourself, to ask in the fullness of spirit and then the eyes shall be opened and the ears will hear and thus give you the revelation that you are truly seeking. I notice within your vibration a doubtfulness as to the full purpose, the full magnitude of life. Yet this is one moment when this doubt must, in your own thought, be removed. Give this fullness [the Vishnu Force] the benefit of your doubts, and then you will perceive the magnitude of life's energy.
