Q.- Vishnu, it has been said that there is no judgment of souls after death, but only a self-evaluation. Is this the truth?
A.- Man is a creative being, and given to him is the power of free will, the power of free expression. And he makes his own heavenly home within himself, or he makes a desecrated land of hell, depending if he is willing to enter upon the negative conditions of life or to hold fast to the positive, and thus seek the higher and truer meanings of spirituality. This is that moment when man is reverting back to that time when he was free willed enough to go into spirit and to return at his own command. There is not a time when man is judged, for man in himself is the judge, the jury, the defense attorney and the prosecutor. And no spirit can deny himself true expression and still find peace and happiness. This again reflects the Second Law of the Universe, which is balance.
LAWS of the Universe: ORDER, BALANCE, HARMONY, GROWTH, GOD-PERCEPTION, LOVE and COMPASSION.
Vishnu: In these seven immutable laws of the universe is to be found the full esoteric meaning of life's existence:
1.- Order
Excerpt from Vishnu's Intro to the 2nd Dialogue:
Vishnu: The first law is the Law of Order within the universe. The order of the mind is the expansion of mind while retaining an even balance that is not swayed by the devils of scorn and judgment. For when there is not order within the mind there is chaos of the atomic [spiritual] law. And this is why I say that before mankind there extends a sad canopy of despair. Yet all is not lost, for out of the ashes of your present world shall arise a new purity of spirit and mankind shall exist in a perfect order and in a perfect understanding.
Excerpt from Vishnu's Intro to the 21st Dialogue:
And here we speak of the first law of all Eternity, the Law of Order, which is needed for the continuance of a full and bright energy pattern.
There must be order in the universe, and nature as you know it proclaims this to be so. For little does the mortal shell consider that every leaf that falls from the tree knows where it will land and in what shape it will fall upon the ground. It is the Order of the grass, of the trees, the Order of the world. There must be order within your own life, so that you have a strong and true place for every thought that you think. Every action in the material shell must be in order, for that order brings peace out of confusion and gives to that tired energy an upliftment and an increase in growth toward the outer realm of all existence. It is the order of the spirit to vibrate in the full belief and understanding that each spirit is the image and likeness of every degree of energy that is upon the Face of Infinitude. It is realizing the full magnitude of love, for love that is spiritual brings order, not only to your mortal self, but to your spiritual substance as well.
Vishnu: For here is, first, the Law of Order: to order your brain and your mind, to coordinate all living into one aspect, and there pause along the way and see the beauty that lies before you.
2.- Balance
Excerpt from Vishnu's Intro to the 2nd Dialogue:
I speak (for example) of the immutable law of Perfect Balance, and it is an immutable law that as you express and give the multitudes a vision of all things created, there is a return for every expression of your own mental processes. To simplify in your life the problems of earthly food and shelter and clothing, but also to express yourself in a true spirilual understanding that encompasses all the progressions of life, is the attainment of balance.
3.- Harmony
Excerpt from Vishnu's Intro to the 10th Dialogue:
I speak of the third law of the universe. This is the Law of Harmony, that is twined within the branches of Balance and Order. For harmony is the keys of the instrument of love that play a true rhapsody to the dimensions of all life. It is the harmony of affection that is felt by a man when he enters upon an affectionate relationship with an animal or a plant. It is the harmony of vibration that speaks of Order and Balance when a man enters into the kingdom of plant life and there communicates that harmony to that seed that springs from the ground.
For it is true that each life is born in darkness. For all life springs from the warm moist soil. Yet it is not the soil that grows the seed. It is the love that is given that seed. It is the love that is communicated over the vibration, the thought that from that seed shall come the form that is desired on the pathway of harmony, according to the true thought expression, as you visualize what that plant will become.
The harmony that exists within the dimensions, within the Rings of Life, must be constantly maintained by the spirit of man in his attitude toward the Infinite. It is harmony, that is, being in direct alignment with all vibration or electrical energy, that brings forth the possibility of entering a state of clairvoyance, or of hearing the angelic voices as they sing the celestial songs.
It is harmony that flows over the earth and through it. It is harmony that causes, through though force, the shifting of polar caps.* It is harmony that changes the layers of the planet into different patterns, that forces changes within all vibrational patterns, and thus, as mankind enters into a new condition, this too is only brought about by the constant thoughts that flow from the mind of man to the Mind of Eternity.
This is a moment when, if harmony does not exist, there will come an utter defeat to man, as he stumbles about grasping for straws of a material nature. And thus disease becomes prevalent and discord prevails in all that he attempts to do. For disease is not natural, nor is it in accordance with harmony. For the law is fixed, and it is only man's greedy grasping thoughts that ultimately destroy the chemical composition of the material body, and also retard the growth of the fine electrical spark you call spirit.
4.- Growth
Excerpt from Vishnu's Intro to the 11th Dialogue:
I gaze into the uterus of Mother Nature. I gaze ever deeper and seek to speak to mankind of the full understanding of the fourth law of all life. This is the Law of Growth. And as the child grows, it slowly winds its way through the channel of true vaginal expression that is within the scope of material existence, not as an embryo, but as a fine image of the likeness of God and the fine expression of all vibration.
Growth is needed from the carnal to the celestial. And it is the will of a person that decides what that growth will be. It is the free will of true expression where man assumes a spiritual attitude toward his material body, and looks ever deeper into the spirit, into the universal law, to find the Order and the Balance of which we have spoken.
There comes a moment in life's expression when a child must be given a true free spontaneity of life's spark. And then, only then, does the spirit of that child know its mission in that life, and be able to gaze upon past lives. Intermingling these scenes of old [comparing, combining] it shall come into a true expression of what its purposc is in its recycling [reincarnation] process.
Q.- Vishnu, according to the Law of Growth does every living thing, from the blade of grass, continue its development until reunion with you?
A.- The tiny grain of sand, or the tree that lifts its branches to the lofty Throne, they are not individuals, but rather a true circle of oneness with each other, and as man learns to communicate with every condition upon the earth, then a fuller understanding of this oneness becomes an enlightenment to his spirit.
5.- God-Perception
Q.- Vishnu, you have given us four laws. What is the Fifth Immutable Law of the universe?
A.- The Fifth Law of the Universe is God Perception. That is to observe the shape of a cloud or of a tree, or how many legs are to be found on the little ant that travels over the vast surface of the earth. It is to perceive the fullness of vibration, to give fuller interpretation to the various rooms within the mansion of the soul. That word Perception means to look ahead into that which is unseen, and to believe in the reality of the unseen that does operate, but does not control the free will of an individual spirit.
6.- Love
Excerpt from Vishnu's Intro to the `16th Dialogue:
And the greatest of all gifts within all the universe, within all the galaxies, within the All-in-AII that encompasses the very mind-heart-soul and breath, is that which is least understood, yet gives full expression to the laws of the universe and to the struggle of mankind. This be unto you the sixth law of the universe, the Law of Spiritual Love.
And what is love? It is like the echoing of the mighty ocean, as the waves caress the Beach of Time. And within that echo are found all the electrical impulses that cause man to animate in a physical body and yet misunderstand the power that exists within the spirit. Man looks to heaven to a Supreme Being. Man worships at the idols, at the rituals, and is smug in his "knowledge" of what he thinks is real. Yet it is unreal within the material scope of his life. For he does not look deeply enough within the mind, and there see that he is an image in the likeness of God-Power, is a god within himself. And when, and only when he understands his balance and his growth, this be when he opens wide the door of his understanding and floats like a majestic wave into the realms of all Infinity.
Love is that substance, that electrical force, that need, that gives to people the restlessness, the uncertainties, and the need for a higher expression. It is truly found that love must be given through a celestial law of full giving, a total love, not limited to those conditions of a material nature, but given to each in a constant consideration of what each life expresses. And though you may be higher within the intensity of your love, still that person speaking, or the one spoken to, is a god within his own right. And it is through this great compassion of understanding, of giving the fullness of your All-in-AII being, that you come into that growth which gives you a fullness of life. And there you see the fullness of God in its glory, the God of Light, the God that is not a God personified, but a God that encircles all of life, all of the majestic thrones of masters, and gives unto you the holy goodness that springs within the spirit of your full love.
7.- Compassion
Excerpt from Vishnu's Intro to the 15th Dialogue:
I vibrate to you the most profound law of life. I give to humanity the great law of all laws, that, if it is not lived by and through and understood, defeats the whole purpose of man's existence. That law, that seventh law that controls all Infinity, that disciplines the structure of all cells, of all vibration, is the full understanding of Compassion. For God, Vishnu, Osiris, Apollo and every disciple from the beginning of the life cycle of living have been Compassion. For a vibration [a life, a spirit] is understood by and through the law of Appreciation, that is but a subtitle to this word Compassion.
LEVI, Aquarian Gospel,
Q.- Vishnu, is Levi's Gospel, the Aquarian Gospel of Jesus the Christ, correct and true?
A.- It is a full revelation into the vibration of all spirit. It was truly revealed, not only in eye-vision (clairvoyance) but in a spiritual understanding and knowing of the laws that must exist and operate in order to bring a fullness of that which has been written. It is in the final chapters that there is a final revelation, and a text of excellency for those who seek a truer understanding.
Q.- Vishnu, it has been said in the Aquarian Cospel of Jesus the Christ, by Levi, that Jesus, when he was in the body, visited Greece, Persia, India, Tibet, Egypt. Did he do all this in the course of the 33 years he is said to have lived?
A.- He did this when incarnate, yet also was powerful enough to remove himself in a form of dematerialization of all bodily chemistry, thus his transportation or his way of movement was within the body or without it, moving about at will, and appearing in various places without the need of a material substance.
LIFE, everlasting,
Excerpt from Vishnu's Intro to the 14th Dialogue:
Now there must be a total giving of the mind* for a total receiving of the perception of the beauty of the Life Everlasting. Man sits upon a great throne of doubt and wonders why he cannot enter the Kingdom of Heaven. This kingdom, which resides within the mortal structure, is a narrow entrance to the understanding and the full expression of life. There must be more of a free giving toward all the laws of the universe, and there must be a total belief within oneself to open wider the gates of Understanding.
It is only the defeat within the spirit of man that allows him to be defeated in the true God Progression (the Seventh Progression). I see man as he stands before the satanic force that resides within his mind, a negative force that draws unto him a way of life that is not in keeping with the purpose of the Law of Evolution , the Law of Growth. Yet man in this coming time will have an enlightenment of his spirit. He will understand that he must open greater portals to his mind, to his very being, communicate with all the Progressions of spirit, and give a fuller freedom and a truer love, not only to himself, but to all that are upon the face of the earth.
LOAVES AND FISHES, miracle of, explained,
Q.- What was the significance of the miracle of the loaves and fishes? A.- The miracle of the loaves and fishes was to show that man can be fed through pranic force. And pranic force is a cloud of constant electrical energy that can feed each cell of the body both spiritual and physical. And thus by breaking only a few loaves it was possible to feed thousands. LOVE, nourishes plant growth,
Love is that substance, that electrical force, that need, that gives to people the restlessness, the uncertainties, and the need for a higher expression.
Excerpt from Vishnu's Intro to the 10th Dialogue:
For it is true that each life is born in darkness. For all life springs from the warm moist soil. Yet it is not the soil that grows the seed. It is the love that is given that seed. It is the love that is communicated over the vibration, the thought that from that seed shall come the form that is desired on the pathway of harmony, according to the true thought expression, as you visualize what that plant will become.
LOVE, distinguished from physical desire,
Q.- How shall a man know the difference between physical desire and true love for a woman?
A.- For he looks within the depth of his being, and does not react to a biological process, but finds with that mate a time when words are not needed. For true spirit can express upon the Law of Harmony and not in the language of the world.
