Q.- Vishnu, you have said that the negative is essential to the positive, to develop spirituality. Is not this the dialectical struggle of opposites, resolved either by the defeat of the spirit or by the fusion of the two, the positive and the negative, on a higher level or vibration?

A.- There is on the Fifth Progression, the Christ Consciousness, a moment when the channels, that is, the negative and positive conditions, come together within the oneness of all positive vibration. And this is where you come into the light of tranquility of understanding, of a complete knowing that you live within the Light of the Spirit. And you see the countenances of all Masters, so that there is not an inter-reaction within the structure of a molecular nature as the world knows it, but rather a quiet purity of vibration that floats in a world of sublimity and perfection.

It is, as stated in the Holy Text, that "he that dwelleth within the secret place of the Most High shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty. " (91st Psalm. ) So it has been from the beginning of all beginnings that he that dwelleth within that secret place, that is, confined within the flesh, shall abide in a balance of nature and of God.

(91st Psalm) This means that he who dwells within the spiritual body that is encased within the flesh and seeks truth through true meditation most diligently-all the answers shall come to him, but not to those who cannot give a free and total expression to the Creative Energy that vibrates in and through every living substance .
It is for you as a free will agent to express or deny yourself. And there is no Judgment, for you are the judge and you must make the decisions. You must steer your Ship of Hope into the full Harbor of Love, a love that is spiritual, a love that is in constant expression, to give yourself the full comprehension of what you have dedicated your being to.

Q.- Why was Nostradamus given the gift of prophecy in the 16th Century?

A.- The gift of prophecy was granted only to give him a fuller understanding of the philosophical search that he was upon.

Q.- Vishnu, is there anyone now in the body whose gift of prophecy equals that of Nostradamus? A.- It is only I that can give prophecy in the fullness of that which you want to know. For it is through the Vishnu Force of all-seeing ahead in the hundreds of years, that there can be seen the slow process o spiritual growth that will invade the spirit of all mankind. It will give them the full light of understanding, full compassion and a realization that this world is to live in as a school, and man must not allow it to become complex in the material ways.
