Q.- Vishnu, the Tibetan Book of the Dead teaches that incarnation is difficult to achieve and is a great opportunity that should not be wasted. Is this thought true?

A.- This is limited only to an incarnation for material purpose.* Yet realize that many are the rebirths required to conquer the evolution of the spirit until the need for attainment is fulfilled within the spiritual under standing.

Q.- Vishnu, what is the meaning of the phrase, "a new recycling of spiritual birth"?

A.- The recycling of birth (reincarnation) began at that moment when karma entered the full vibrational field of spirit. Karma was not needed until man became a negative condition upon the world. That negativity is the greed, the hates, the selfishness, and the constant desire for those material things or conditions that are contrary to the growth of the spirit. In the beginning man was a positive vibration, and was only pressured into a material body through thought to learn and to express and enjoy the full beauty of nature. At that moment he had command of entering or leaving the physical body with just a thought. And then, by the negativity that became his full expression, the way into other vibrations was lost. And at that moment came a karmic condition, or what is understood as life and death.

Q.- Are cycles or incarnations of a spirit limited to a definite number? A.- They are unlimited, until the true lessons have been learned. For again, the creative will power, or free will, must be exemplified at all times. For we are again looking at one of the Immutable Laws of Infinity. Q.- Do I understand, Vishnu, that in the First Progression, the Astral, the spirit must see the open channel to Infinity, to the past and the future, before he is ready to incarnate? A.- He must see the fullness and the totality of all true expression. Then, only then, can he enter into a newer energy, which, of course, brings in the laws that we have already spoken about.

Q.- Vishnu, have the spirits of the Heavenly Host been through the process of incarnation in the physical world?

A.- They have been in and out, but they do not linger long, for many times upon the face of the globe there have been people seen who are never heard from again nor ever found, but they come in their robe of physical structure when they are needed to further the growth of this tenderness and compassion.

Q.- How did the people of the western world get pulled away from the belief in reincarnation?

A.- For they confused it with the idea of transmigration© and also are afraid to look within themselves and see the expression of their spirit in realizing the many lifetimes that they have lived before. It is fear of all conditions (of the unknown) that constantly limits man and does not allow him to see the full expression of the Vishnu Force.

Q.- Vishnu, reincarnation still does not seem to us entirely natural and inevitable, at least not to me. I wonder why this is?

A.- For reincarnation is a slow understanding of the depth of all Creativity. It is within the scope of your eyesight to see the miracles of all Creative Energy working in and around and through you. And this is but a reincarnation of all cellular structure into a higher frequency of that spiritual law. It is only (a problem of) the doubts and rejections resulting from not being able to see the full magnitude of all that is before you. And when you give a fuller realization, then comes that fuller understanding. Then comes that Order of the Mind that you seldom speak about but wish to have. And there is a full truth to reincarnation, for it is spoken of throughout all history, and is proclaimed by the Immutable Laws of all Life.

REINCARNATION, of animals,

Q.- Vishnu, when a form of life, like the mammoth, becomes extinct on the earth, what happens to the spirits that were in that progression?

A.- They change to a condition of full energy, only not in the pattern of a material structure. They remain within their etheric structure where they are kept in a state of suspension. The mammoth served its purpose in the beginning. Their (etheric) cellular structure has been changed and many times they will return as smaller animals but they are still part of this oneness of all spiritual expression.

The cycle of reincarnation is a force that is designed to give you the full heritage of all spiritual revelation. It is your right to come into the force of all belief within self, not to hover upon the limitations of primary love, but to come forward into the glory of true compassion. You seek my way, you seek the creative force: then look around you upon your earth at those things that are free for you to glimpse. But become not technical, nor place the Force in the tiny chamber of your brain, for that brain is but your computer to (enable you to) animate in physical form.

REINCARNATION of unprepared spirit,

Vishnu: For without the beauty of the spiritual positive in the reproduction act, then there is only defeat from bringing into this existence spirits that are not ready for a new experience of incarnation, thus defeating the progress of all humanity.

Q.- Do you mean that sexual intercourse without true love can open the door for the incarnation of spirits that are not ready?

A.- Yes, for spirits that have come into the physical embryo before the time was ripe for them to make a new rebirth. It is a defeat when reproduction is entered into in a carnal way rather than in a true spiritual giving to each other. This must be a moment when all thoughts, especially in a pregnant woman, must be expressed in beauty, in love, in the thrill of giving life to a beautiful child. Yet carnal love defeats this purpose and brings a disqualified spirit to the flesh.

Q.- Is it true that people who are killed in war or in accidents, especially when young, may seek immediate reincarnation as a refuge in the flesh from conditions on the astral plane?

A.- They may, as free will agents, reincarnate within a very few moments, if that untimely death was because of the willful destruction of the body by others.

You have sought the powers of (organized) religion throughout your ages, and yet I say to you that each of you now suffers at the portals of despair: for it is all untrue, and as a renaissance of life-purpose unfolds before your eyes in life, you see that that religion does not prevail, that your exhortations in Buddhism, Christianity or all other religions fail to increase the flow of God-piety or to invade the devout sanctity of the soul.
I say that the true religion of all life is incorporated within the soul itself, that you as a segment of creative force, that you as a god within yourself, have understanding, have truth, and may command through your thought force the true spiritual understanding of all life.

RINGS OF LIGHT,

Q.- Vishnu, would you speak of the Rings of Light and how they overlap and intertwine?

A.- The Rings of Light, of which there are seven, are circles of light that constantly give off a full frequency of life. Each individual is expressing one of these Rings of Light, and as he opens wider his understanding, and his fullness of awareness of purpose, then there comes a knowing, or a fullness within himself that gives him the true way of his being.

Q.- Vishnu, an entity, Seth, is now communicating with earth through a medium, Jane Roberts, author of a book, The Seth Material. Is he the same Seth who manifested in older times and is known in Gnostic literature?

A.- He is deeper than what is understood by the instrument [medium] at the present time. This [book] is a vast and misunderstood representation of a Seth, in a philosophical way, but not of that Seth who had his recent transition to the First [Astral] Progression.

ROCKS, Consciousness of, Q.- You have said that the rocks of the earth have consciousness, less limited than our own. What do the rocks dream of?

A.- The rocks are an electrical charge, a hard core as you put it, of all electrical substance congealed together from the dust of the cosmos. This dust is that which you also are made of, to animate your true life in the expression of all living. The moss that clings to the side of the rock is only the gathering of vibrational force that proves, beyond a doubt, that life does exist [in the stone]. For the moss would not cling to the rock unless there was a vibrational substance that brought them together in a unity, whereby through that expression of each they can give to that world that listens a fullness of sound. For the sound is there in a material way. For as you knock two rocks together and make them resound within their own thought, then you see each rock gives off a different sound, something more than what you expected with your various understandings of the qualities of each rock.
