Q.- Vishnu, do all investigations of physical science and historical truth come under the Law of God Perception, the fifth law?

A.- Not in many cases, yet there can be exceptions. But many are not based within the structure of compassion, nor are they fully understood, for men have only scratched the surface of that book of knowledge

SEVEN, the number,

Q.- Vishnu, why is the number seven held to be more significant than other numbers?

A.- Seven expresses the very foundation of all life. Seven is the fixed law, not in my will but in encompassing nature, growth, expression the number seven is that which plays upon the keyboard of all true progression. We speak of the Seven Rings of Life. We speak of the seven spiritual centers [of the body]. And we speak of the Seven Immutable Laws of life. We not only speak of them but we radiate this seven that is figured [encom passed] in the law of understanding. And if you but express your innermost thought you will see why we do this.

SEVEN, Spiritual Centers

Q.- Vishnu, would you tell us the function or use of each of the psychic or spiritual centers of the body that you have mentioned?

A.- The psychic centers are encased in the physical body. We speak first of the mind, the depth and the breadth of life. It resides in the brain, (No. 1) where all vibrations enter, but many are cast out by the logical intellect. Nevertheless every thought has meaning within the full expression of mankind No thought can be called ridiculous, for each is coming into the mind of the spirit for a purpose that reflects its past lives. And those that look within, with a deep meditation, can find the pieces that fit the puzzle of their life.
The eyes (No. 2) are the window panes of the spirit, the light in the eye is a spiritual reflection from the mirror of living. The nose (No. 3) is the function of breath. For here every action of odor or fragrance reacts upon the spirit [and this produces] a truer understanding of the chemistry of the physical expression which then reacts upon the spiritual breath. It is a gateway to the sixth center that is what you understand as the whole endoctrine system. The mouth (No. 4) is where the activated vibration is made possible by the passage of air through the larynx. Here is where man can meet great defeat. He must be careful of his utterances, for he is expressing thoughts through the voice channel and as they are expressed, they are reacted upon by the first psychic center [mind]. The throat (No. 5) ishe region where many vibrations come in from the Rings of Progression. Here is where the precious liquid of life is stored, so that man may give vent to his reactions and feelings toward all his environmental factors. The navel region (No.6) is the very nucleus from my vibration to all mankind. For here is the true means or way whereby every thought can find an answer, where even the anatomy can be exposed as on a giant screen, and it is to look there within this diaphragm and see the pulsations of life. And here is where all strong [negative] emotions are the prime cause of disease in your world. For if you cannot balance this region, you will constantly feel the clutch of death and of fear. The sexual organs (No. 7) are the vital parts of creativi ty, and it is not where the expression of man can be understood as sensual pleasure, but where the life flow of all life injects within the mainstream of one life the beautiful power of creation.

Excerpt from Vishnu's Intro to the 16th Dialogue:
Love cannot be expressed in just a simple attitude of wanting that which is of a creative [sexual] nature. It must be a fullness, whereby in the biological process there comes, too, a oneness of spirit, a melding of two godlike spirits into that oneness you know as love. For as you reach that balance of electrical power or energy, then you become as one, and in that oneness comes the fulfillment of all your desires.

Q.- Vishnu, at this time it seems that the sexual energy is very high and a lot of people are wondering what to do about this and what this means. Can you explain this, please?

A.- This is the first phase of the law of new spiritual growth, in that first there must be the carnal, sexual reproductive desire fulfilled on earth before man can understand the full meaning of spiritual love, where there is not a need for a material sexual act but rather a spiritual act that is created in a constant climax and not one that is felt just during the process of creativity [procreation] .

Q.- Vishnu, at this time it seems that the sexual energy is very high and a lot of people are wondering what to do about this and what this means. Can you explain this, please?

Q.- How do you view the beliefs of certain spiritual teachers that people should eat no meat and should limit sexual intercourse to times when they want to bring a child into the world?

A.- We have spoken about the reproductive organs, and how they function in the spiritual law. We cannot have a moment when anyone places a limitation on the spiritual vibration. It is essential to understand that man is within the body to learn and to grow, and it is not a question of what is eaten or taken within the body, for here again we come to the words of Jesus: "Take. no thought of what you eat or drink." For it is the principle of mind over matter, when in the concentration of the thought force of your expression you can control the body and bring both body and spirit into perfect balance.

SEX, desirable male qualities,

Q.- Vishnu, what are the most desirable male qualities?

VISHNU: The most desirable male qualities are to love and protect, protect the force of the woman who is the helpmate, who is the one that gives him the balance of the true vibration and gives a constant positive reaction. However, man is ever not satisfied in his thinking to bring forth a fuller spiritual understanding of what a making of vibration (reproduction) is. If there would only be a waiting time, then a man and a woman could come into what is known as a soul-mate condition, and relive all previous lives together and understand why they are together in this life. However, your world of sensational publications has defeated this process, for it waves before mankind the mysteries of sexual desires, and of constantly satisfying the ways of the reproduction cycle (sexual intercourse). And this is the only thought expressed by many writers, but sexual love is good only when it becomes a spiritual condition and not just a very rude negative way that represents only a very small portion of the life in which you live.

SEX, difficulty in understanding opposite sex, Q.- Vishnu, why is it so hard for a man to understand a woman, and vice versa?

A.- For they have not the balance of growth. They have not found with each other the balance and the growth of purpose, the attainment toward and in the Immutable Laws, but have become lost in a sea of material uncertainty that causes them to feel an opposite negative material condition [hostility] rather than the perfect law of love.

SEX, holiness of,

Q.- The ascetics teach that the renunciation of pleasure, especially sex, is the path to holiness. Is this true?

A.- Sexual reproduction, creativity, is not only necessary within the brain structure, that is within the spiritual brain structure, but there is a need upon earth to give a fuller expression to the creativity of the spark of life. For this gross material reproduction is a sacred beautiful experience that draws in nearer the powers of finer energy. For am I not the reproductive cycle of all the Seven Rings of Expression? Yet the defeat lies within the thought force of mankind, that looks upon sex, and looks, aye, even upon me, as a mystery that cannot be solved. It is the constant thought force, the constant brainwash of mankind, that places reproduction upon a carnal basis rather than considering it a joy and a beauty to give full expression to life's principle.
I see in entering these conditions of life that man must seek a spiritual love, that if he would but pressure out true thought force* from the mind-brain abstract? he would find that soul-mate where spiritual reproduction and desire would come from the embracing of each opposite vibration and give a beautiful demonstration of life in the fullest light of understanding. SEX, and marriage,

Q.- Vishnu, many are interested in the ques tion whether there should bc sexual intercourse before marriage .

A.- It is not a question of when intercourse should take place. It is only, as it has been expressed to you prior to this time, that if it is a spiritual love that is known and understood through meditation to be a perfect union, then and only then should there be a full physical union, regardless of the legal ideology that is set up by your process of living.

SEXUALITY, in higher progressions,

Q.- Vishnu, is there any equivalent of sexual expression in the higher progressions?

A.- It is not a sexual act, as it would be understood on the material plane. But the thirst is quenched when you come into a true understanding of what creation and creativity mean in the very nucleus of all life.

SLEEP, spiritual experience in sleep, Q.- Vishnu. if a man desires that his mind shall be totally concentrated toward spiritual expression during sleep, what shall he do before going to bed?

A.- He must sit in the closet of his mind, and come into true meditation and hold that positive thought until the trance state of sleep envelops the human body and those thoughts are activated in the air we have spoken about. Then molecular structure is changed, and gradual ly that which he desires or wants to understand comes into realization, but in a very slow subtle flow of understanding.

SNAKE, symhol of,

Q.- Vishnu, what is the significance of the snake symbol on the foreheads of the Egyptian aristocracy?

A.- The snake is the symbol of all spiritual movement.

SOCIALISM, Q.- Vishnu, I ask whether the institutions of life in the Soviet Union are constructive, and whether these are laying the basis for a new and better life for mankind?

A.- The word "communism" in your life is but an illusion within a new society. This [Soviet Union] is only a new society that is groping with the free giving of all materiality or all spirituality. But what is required is the free giving of spiritual thought, and I repeat, not on just a once-a-day basis, not just to think it [intellectually or theoretically] but to express fully the meaning of "love one another."

SOCRATES,

Q.- During Socrates' life on earth he was guided by a voice. Who was that voice?

A.- The voice that guided Socrates is the Master Cornelius, and you will find he will come himself with another person who will be shown to you in the future.

SOUL, definition of,

Q.- Vishnu, how does the soul or spirit enter the body?

A.- The soul is the cloak of the spirit. The soul is another way of storing all truths, all expressions. It is the soul that is the sheathe, that may be seen in that moment of transition or change called death, when that individual relives every second of his material life. Soul and spirit are confused in the material mind. The spirit is the etheric life substance, while the soul is the sheathe where all thoughts are stored and there acted upon through all lifetimes.

Q.- Oh, I see. But what I wanted to know was exactly how and when the spirit enters the baby's body, or the egg in the genital regions. A.- The spirit enters into the material substance. at the very moment of conception, for the (new) life form must be expressed through the male structure and the female structure, through two individuals who, in union at that moment of conception, give a (physical) life to another individual.

SOULMATE,

Q.- Vishnu, what is a soul-mate? A.- A soul-mate is one of two spiritual entities that have vibrated together through thousands of years, that are on the same progression of understanding, and with each other find a love consonant within one another where full expression is given and where the language of your world is not needed to know and understand each other. SPACE VISITORS,

Q.- Is it true that there have been visits to this planet from other planets, solar systems or galaxies, by physical entities or spacemen in the body?

A.- Only in bodies of a finer etheric substance, where they have learned to shed the gross material body, and yet give it full expression [materialize it] in an earth atmosphere.

Q.- Tell me, Vishnu, is Ted Owens' "P. K. and Outer Intelligence" information correct. Are there outer intelligences that have space ships as large as the earth itself, several of which are hovering above us hid in the clouds? Are we, as he suggests, really pieces of a game that is being protected against other unfriendly intelligences?

A.- This world is being protected from the other galaxies for there is life beyond life. There are within the vibration these ships that you speak about. There is, beyond them, an even higher intellect of a human character, not human in the structure of the body, but rather human in spirit, which floats in an etheric body, and is of high intelligence, not intelligence as you know it (of intellect) but in a spiritual knowing or a spiritual expansion, whereby they can communicate with earth and will do so at a future moment.

SPIRIT, cellular structure of,

Q.- Vishnu, what is the "cellular structure of spirit" ?

A.- The cellular structure of spirit is the electrical energy, that is, two poles opposite each other that vibrate constantly, that is similar to the arc-light which mankind use in their daily work.

SPIRIT COMMUNICATIONS.

Q.- Vishnu, why do some disembodied spirits speak without a clear organization of their ideas, thus casting doubt on the importance of communication with spirit?

A.- Why do so many of the mortals of earth do likewise, when they see but a glimpse of spirit and then in an illusion profess all knowledge of the progression of life'?

Q.- Very true, Vishnu, I admit that! But what is the origin of the tendency among spirits near the earth plane to go around predicting physical disasters that don't happen?

A.- It is only because of their anxiety and concern for individuals upon earth, and also what they get a glimpse of on the Screen of Life. They do see [the future] in a partial condition, but it cannot be placed in the time element unless the prediction is from a very high progression where time as you know it can be related to true vibration, thus expressing that moment when the event should come.

SPIRIT GUIDES

I did not understand your answer to my question as to how spirit guides or guardians are acquired by a person.

VISHNU: They were never needed until man became so greedy and grasping for more than he could have. This was when there came to be an interest and a self-sacrifice made by many spirit entities for the purpose of giving guidance to that vibration of love that still survived within the physical house. This is the same as you find upon your earth, where one person gives a constant love to another and still makes self-sacrifices within the world in order to give more to that person, even though he finds his help is not appreciated.

SPIRITUAL BODY,

Excerpt from Vishnu's Intro to the 22nd Dialogue: In contacting, or communicating with, the spiritual body, there comes into operation a law of balance, where the etheric substance is seen, where the great magnitude of life is seen, and beyond this a oneness of purpose, and man gazes into an ocean of vitality where there is imprinted all the knowing of life and the way of his life and what his purpose shall be in future.

SPIRITUAL GROWTH, after the transition.

Vishnu, we are much concerned with time here on the earth level, and, even in the higher progressions, there seems to arise a question about the velocity of experience. When the spirit goes into the higher progressions is there an acceleration of the rate of experience?

VISHNU: There is no time, only a degree of vibration, for each spirit is on its own frequency, and the growth rate of that individual is increased or decreased according to how he has lived upon earth in giving a fuller expression to his life and to those individuals around him.

SPIRITUAL GROWTH, Affirmation for,

A boy wants to know how he can develop constant love for those around him. VISHNU: By expressing the positive force of "OM," "I AM," the words that began the movement of mortal life. It is to practice constantly, every moment, even in doing a material task, that affirmation? "I am spirit, I am love, I am affection, I am giving, I am strong, I am well, I am living in the service of my brothers." This brings a growth that can never be undone, and, again, brings the peace and happiness that I seek in all my children.

SPIRITUAL GROWTH, road to,

Excerpt from Vishnu's Intro to the 17th Dialogue: Man expresses within himself the fullness of his growth not by looking outward to Eternity or to the God Force, but by looking within and finding the true dwelling place, and there giving full conversation to it. Then it is to expand it outward to the Rings of Light, where there is a seeing, a knowing, and a fuller understanding. And then all of the variances of life open for that person.

SPIRITUAL GROWTH, suffering required,

Vishnu, is the human spirit so constructed that it can learn only through the Doorway of Pain?

VISHNU: It can learn only through pain and suffering. For this is the harsh method that makes the spirit grow and blossom into this Law of Harmony. And it reflects forward and backward to what each individual has laid down as a karmic pattern. There are those that are blind to the love and the fullness of spirituality, but gradually through pain and suffering comes the spiritual knowledge that feeds the spirit. For the laws of the universe, and of the Inner Rings, do not respect the flesh and blood of man. For the spirit is not dependent upon constantly inhabiting a body. And no man can claim he is indispensable to any cause, no matter how great that cause may be.

SPIRITUAL LEADERSHIP, requirements for,

Vishnu, what is the first rule for a man who aspires to spiritual leadership?

VISHNU: The first rule for that man is the desire to give full expression to that which he knows within the spirit and yet cannot give full expression to in the material life into which he has freely plunged. It is a moment when that Law of Love must come into the fullness, when that law of charity of purpose in a spiritual sense enlightens others by that vibrational impact that he knows and understands within the spirit. And then there comes that growth which gives him that right to give leadership to those who seek his spiritual way. They see him not as an individual or a material person. But they see that within his spirit there has always been an understanding of the laws, which has been latent only in the respect of this present life. For the growth pattern must he exacting. It can be harsh, it can be kind, but it is always true. And once the gate has been removed from the pillars of materiality, so that there is no suspension of a commitment to all of his spiritual conditions, then he enters into that sublimity of purpose and finds he is demanded by the multitudes to teach and to give his spiritual vision to all that come under his voice or his thought.

Vishnu, you spoke of attaining the purity of a child's vision. How shall a man become as a little child? What daily exercise does he need?

VISHNU: He needs to look deeply within his material mind. He needs to look within not only the materiality of that mind but its spiritual counterpart as well. To become as a little child is to open wide the door of spontaneity where each moment is a listening device for the next vibration that is nudged within the brain itself and there acted upon without fear or pride or repressions of a material discipline. For a child exemplifies the true spontaneity of spirit which is needed when you open the way to the true self.
STONES, Vishnu, I did not understand your statement that when two stones are struck against each other the different tones they make represent different thoughts in the stones.

VISHNU: For each is expressing its own individual atom (identity) and if you but listen, you will see that there is a quality of tone whereby an inspired musician, or one capable of writing, can see where he can enter into atunement or oneness (with it) and thus bring about new rhapsody to music.

CHARLES: Vishnu, I did not understand your statement that the moss that clings to the side of the rock is only gathering a vibrational force that proves the existence of life.

VISHNU: It is the moss that is the cover for the stone, and yet it is needed, for it (the stone) is stationary and they blend, or bring to each other, a fullness of understanding that brings about a oneness of purpose, and that is how most of your questions concerning these things can be answered-by not looking at them in a separated way, but in a oneness or positive condition.

SUICIDE,

Vishnu, is it true that a person committing suicide is prevented from further development until the expiration of the term of his natural life?

VISHNU: Each has a moment on the Clock of Time when the transition should be made to that higher pro gression, when the Law of Karma has been fulfilled. If life is taken before that moment, then that spirit must stay in suspended animation until the fullness of the moment is realized and understood.
