One of the problems of the dialogues is the way the Vishnu Force expresses itself. It speaks as a person, using the first person singular, and yet it is clear from the context that it is not a person, not an entity or an individual, but simply the eternally existing cosmic energy of the universe. It is a Force, and yet at the same time the highest expression of spiritual consciousness. The name is not important. It is an accident that I used the name of Vishnu when I asked for the communications, for God has had many names. But the problem remains, how can an impersonal Force, a universal principle, speak as a person? How does this come about? I believe that the answer lies in the very nature of trance mediumship. The incoming Force expresses through a human body, through the brain of an individual, in this case through Elwood Donald Babbitt. It seems that the thought radiation from the Force is transformed into words by the computer action of the medium's brain. The spirit-controls of this medium (those who help him on the other side in bringing the spiritual forces in) have frequently explained that the words needed to convert the radiation of thought into language must be found in the medium's mind. Yea, the soul can be restored, but only through your understanding of the fullness of life, and the expression that this gives you as a spiritual being and not one that sees only the greed, the hates, and the selfishness that constantly defeat the true marriage of love and compassion.
"He leadeth me beside the still waters"-the still waters of the spirit, where again, if you but retire into the substance (depth) of your spirit all answers shall come forth, and you will understand your role upon this earth plane as you vibrate in reaching a fuller karmic understanding of where you are going and what is to happen in your next lifetime, not only in a spiritual way but in a dimension that lies beyond, in the fullness of a vibration higher than what you can now understand.
