Vibration is not so well expressed by the thought that it is an electrical energy as it is likened to the heat waves that arise from the expansion of the physical substance of your world. A.- Only at moments in the turn of history to serve and to sway the opinions and beliefs from one century to another. For if you gaze back into the history of all civilization you will find there has always been one influence that seemed to sway the course of history, and align it to the Gateway of Perfection.

This needs some explanation, as the Vishnu Force already defined Itself as not being a person. So, when the Force says It has incarnated at crucial periods of history, it is, in fact, stating that, throughout history, there have been evolved spirits who incarnated and expressed in their life the God Within, or, if you wish, the highest level of energy that we call Christ Consciousness., or God, or Vishnu. Even though it is not recognized as such by many, this Christ Energy is an intrinsic part of each and everyone of us, and anyone who incarnates on this physical world, has the inner potential to express this Christ energy, just as Jesus did, not so long ago.
Remember that the same Jesus said 'The things I did, that you can do, and even greater things!'
